第四十二条 县级以上人民政府部门对本部门所属机构、派出机构行政执法工作的监督检查，实行垂直管理的部门或者实行双重领导并且以上级部门领导为主的部门对所属机构、下级部门行政执法工作的监督检查，参照本条例有关规定执行。
